A Medicare industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Craig began his career as a licensed insurance agent. Craig’s track record at Humana and e-TeleQuote (ETQ) included driving growth in both call center and field marketing channels. As Chief Executive Officer, he led ETQ to recognition as one of the highest quality distribution entities in the market, culminating in the acquisition by GoHealth.
