Blair Kessler

Chief Commercial Officer

As GoHealth’s Chief Commercial Officer, Blair P. Kessler is responsible for all revenue, commercial strategy and execution, and executive lead across external partners. He joined GoHealth in 2021 to lead growth strategy before serving as General Manager of the Encompass solution.

Prior to starting at GoHealth, Blair was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company for six years. His previous experience also includes roles in health-tech venture capital (Healthbox/Sandbox), specialty care providers (DaVita), and private equity/search funds (Braxos Capital).

Blair holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, where he was a Zell Fellow, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
