Wayne Young

Chief Technology Officer

Wayne Young brings more than 25 years of experience developing user-centric consumer marketplaces and AI products to his role as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Wayne oversees Engineering, Information Security, Machine Learning, Product Development, and Product Design to bring innovative technology solutions to GoHealth customers, agents, and partners.

Wayne came to GoHealth in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Product, Design & Data Science. He previously worked at Stats Perform as Vice President of Product Management, delivering AI-powered sports data solutions to top international digital and media companies. Prior to that, he led product and innovation at Publicis Groupe, SpotHero, Leapfrog Online, and Match.com.

After serving in the United States Army, Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
