How much does my plan cost (premium, copayments, deductibles, out of pocket costs)?
To see your plan costs, you can:
- Login to your account on your carrier’s website.
- Refer to your Summary of Benefits (SOB) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) from your carrier.

What benefits can I use before my plan is active?
- You can begin scheduling appointments for after your plan activates.
- You can also complete Health Risk Assessments which may have incentives offered by the carrier.
When will I receive my plan ID card?
Your plan member ID card is your lifeline to your plan – make sure you have it handy when scheduling doctors’ appointments!
- You should receive your Plan ID 7-10 business days after your plan is approved.

How do I place an Over-the-Counter* (OTC) order?
Some Medicare Advantage plans have limited coverage towards “Over-The-Counter” (OTC) items. These include non-prescription medicines, personal hygiene/care products, and more. If you have a plan that covers OTC…
- You can submit an OTC order online, through the carrier’s mobile app (if available), over the phone with a live agent, or by visiting a participating retailer.
- You may need to request an OTC catalogue through your carrier.
How do I set up a fitness membership*?

How do I enroll in my Mail Order Pharmacy*?

- First, verify your eligibility using your plan materials (SOB/EOC) or directly with carrier.
- If you are eligible, your doctor can help transfer your prescription information to the mail order pharmacy.
