Plan FAQ

There are a few ways you can see your specific plan benefits:

  • You can refer to your Summary of Benefits included in the welcome packet from your carrier.
  • You can log into your carrier’s website.
  • You can call us with questions too, we’re here to help! 844-713-8051 TTY 711.
  • You should receive your benefit cards 7-10 business days after your plan is approved.
  • If your plan is already active and you have not received them, please call us! 844-713-8051 TTY 711.
  • As soon as your plan is approved, you’ll receive a letter from your carrier letting you know when you can use your benefits.
  • Plans begin on the first of the month following the application, or January 1st if enrolled during Annual Enrollment Period.
  • You can then start making appointments for the new year to use medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
  • We recommend using your benefits early and often!
