GoHealth’s chat bot is intended to answer a user’s general questions about Medicare and Medicare Advantage in an educational format and it is not designed to answer questions specific to an individual. All user inputs are scrubbed for identifying information prior to processing. De identified chat records are retained according to this privacy policy.
